Injecting with precision and repeatability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Micro-moulding, multi-material and technical polymers are managed to hold dimensions, pace, and product stability. Injection machines from 10T to 320T, tooling design and management, FAT\/SAT\/IQ\/OQ\/PQ, lot sizes from 100 to 1 million parts, overmoulding, thermoplastics and silicone.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

02 \u00b7 ASSEMBLY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Combining automation and expert craft<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Automated lines and qualified manual stations combine according to volume, complexity, and required control level. Solvent bonding, ultrasonic and high-frequency welding, UV adhesive bonding, pad printing, overmoulding, catheter forming, PVC\/EVA pouch fabrication, 3D printing.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

EtO, gamma, beta (e-beam), X-ray irradiation and sterile packaging are selected and validated according to the device and its lifecycle, following ISO 11135 and ISO 11137.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
